Farmworkers Rights

Published by webadmin on

Farmworkers are the backbone of New York’s massive, multibillion-dollar agricultural industry. The NYCLU is fighting in the courts and in the state legislature for farmworkers’ rights, including the right to collective bargaining, at least one day of rest per week, and overtime pay.
