Building partnerships with farmworker allies to increase workers’ awareness of their rights under FLPA, through direct worker outreach, trainings and messaging throughout the state.
Implementing and enforcing fully the rights guaranteed under FLPA, including the right to organize a union through an effective and orderly process administered by the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB).
Assisting farmworkers with non-collective bargaining issues through advocacy related to housing, health & safety, workers’ compensation, immigration and pandemic relief.
